I booked LTN-KEF a few days ago and wasn't offered the option for hands free on this route. However, upfront seats came with a larger bag in the cabin (not to be dropped off)...According to my confirmation of last week it read : In addition, customers who have purchased an Up front or Extra legroom seat will also be able to bring on board a large cabin bag (max 56 x 45 x 25 cm), which can be placed in the overhead locker.

However, now that I went to manage my booking, I tried adding hands free, but am told it's not available on my flight, so it's worth checking in advance if you want this added.
