That makes sense. I think many branded residences have a similar system. The trump hotel Las Vegas handles this well. I wonder what the backend for this is like? Given that Four Seasons residences grant FS Elite, I would be surprised if RC and STR grant nothing? I honestly have no idea outside of what I’ve heard about a booking portal though.

I’m aware that Marriott grants Titanium status to franchisees (and Hilton grants owner Diamond, a separate tier from normal Diamond to franchisees). Again, this is NOT even a small consideration in any purchase. I’m just curious.
