Yes, although bear in mind CEDR doesn't set any precedent and merely referring to anther judgement won't mean you can piggy back on with your situation. If BA are refusing to go beyond ticket validity, and this is still standard policy, you will have to go to CEDR yourself and argue your own case on it's merits. Sometimes these are going in our favour, and sometimes in BA's.
Yes, although I think the key point here is that the Regulation makes no reference to ticket validity in relation to cancelled flights and rerouting. I agree each case would be reviewed on its own merits.
