There is a big discussion about this over in the UA forum, there is no timeline for reopening Polaris. As an international business customer though, you should get access to premium drinks and a "premium snack" though, so....yeah, not great. The SFO club hasn't been too crowded though, especially if you keep walking past the bar to the additional seating in back.
