I do not believe this is “the end all” of their ambition for fleet expansion .

These are not freighters that will be converted from their current fleet also, the freighters are coming from external sources , with negotiations underway with several aviation leasing companies, which will provide the used passenger aircraft and send them out to be converted into freighter through Boeing.
