Birmingham - Grand Bohemian Autograph

Mobile check in opting for points since their restaurant is closed on weekdays. Asked about no lounge and restaurant is closed and they said I'd get points. Fine and dandy. Folio posts and I didn't get my welcome points nor the lounge/breakfast points. Call and find out there is a breakfast and it's coffee and some muffins in the lobby...amazing.
