787 on BA in J is forward/rearward facing Ying Yang style. 777 on AA in J is 1-2-1 reverse herringbone style.

Your are right, given the times it’s not exactly easy and not one to act like a diva.

​​​​​​​I decided to just exclusively use the BA SFO flights. All good in the end, and BA did finally get back to me. The ATH-ORD or JFK flights would’ve been good as not to worry about any covid restrictions, but no availability for two.

We are both fully vaccinated with the card. I have heard conflicting things about transiting the UK. Aside from a PCR test, is there anything else to worry about?
