Guess I got lucky again. I was calling to book using flight credits. I called the Flight Booking number found in the app around 250pm PT 6/22. I went thru all the prompts and got the "If you're not traveling in 72hrs" message. Immediately thereafter my call was picked up. No call back message initiated, no wait time at all. Call took less than 15 minutes total to complete.
