Some properties seem to be flagged as a plain Hyatt during a transitional period when they're joining Hyatt and doing renovations. An example would be the former Minneapolis Athletic Club, that became IIRC the Grand Hotel, then another chain (Kimpton), then Hyatt, and is now a Centric.
