When was the Regency moniker added? At some point were they all “hyatt”?
The ones I've stayed in don't. I was surprised that the Highlands Inn was a Hyatt designated property, and it's the highest category (CAT 7) for the 9 total Hyatts, 3 in NYC, 3 in CA, 1 in Seattle, 2 in the Chicago area, and one in Paris, I see they stuck the Park Central (yuck) into the Hyatt brand, though I do like the location, near Yank Sing for dim sum, and about half way between the Embarcadero and Union Square. I am staying at the Hyatt Rosemont in October, since I'm getting into ORD late, and it's reasonably priced for completing my "brands" run. I don't remember much about that property other than nothing really stood out. The Highlands Inn is the nicest of this group.
