Well, I have had to call 3 days in a row to book tickets using flight credits. First time it was a call back time of 32 min , second time 5 min and third time it was answered right away. Granted this was at 11 pm in all instances and I called the EXP desk.
I have not had to resort to overseas numbers as EXP desk is usually shorter call back time.
