They're both good options. They're both at the level where they'll both be totally decent but in 2 months you won't look back and say wow, what an amazing flight. I'd pick whatever has the better departure/arrival time for your schedule. I've never gotten to fly an A220 so that'd push me to B6 but otherwise I wouldn't care.
