Sinead2000 - how'd you manage to do it? Some context - I have a BE ticket SFO-JFK booked using miles; There was a scheduled change - and they pulled it in by 20 minutes. As luck would have it, I'm in meetings until late that day - so these 20 minutes are going to cut it too fine for me.
When I try to go to their website (from the schedule change notification email) 'Modify' my flight - I'm told the only option is to cancel. When I try to call them, the hold time is in many hours...!
