The original plan was to rely on CLEAR and CommonPass to authenticate an out-of-state vaccine card. Not sure where they'll net out. With rapidly declining new vaccination numbers, Ige doesn't appear to be in a rush to do anything. And with the White House no longer on target for their own July targets, there's no more pressure from DC to open quickly.
Gov Ige stated yesterday that they have a system in place with California and other west coast states in place to verify vaccines so it sounds like not all vaccines will even be accepted. Just what Hawaii needs, more confusion in its travel rules!
