I have both and I was tracking it. I can't confirm, because once you hit the $30K the tracker stops, but I am pretty sure that only one card was being counted. Not positive though.

EDIT: I stand corrected; the spend across cards is combined. "Spend on purchases may be combined across all eligible AAdvantage credit cards to reach the $30,000 requirement to qualify for the EQD waiver. "
