Booked one in SLC, and instead of the 151.3 cubic foot Ford Edge, we we offered a Toyota RAV4 (98.9 cubic feet) or Chevy Equinox (103.1 cubic feet). I’m an exec elite and got the shaft from 4 levels of management on-site.
The National and Enterprise web sites show the Edge, but not the much smaller (33% less) other cars.
This is false advertising… bait and switch then get you to pay to upgrade..
