You've also got BA/AA via LHR available on the same date:

I don’t think BA will rebook us on the first option? If they do, is there an earlier arrival into LAX? Only chose LAX due to the fare.

On the second option there’s also BA287 which is a 787. Do people tend to prefer AA’s 777 or BA’s 787 in J?
