Hi,

I booked a flight before April 30 on Delta from SRQ to BUF. As circumstances change in the Covid world, I would like to change the flight from SRQ to LAS. I am unable to change the destination of the flight, so it I am wondering if I will get a credit that I can use toward a new flight. Delta's website is quite nebulous as it says I "may" be eligible for a flight credit. Any insight into this? I did book the cheapest flight I could find, but it was booked before April 30 which seems to be the magic date for many airlines.

If I do get a credit, will it appear automatically for use for booking?
