Hey guys,

My girlfriend is travelling from australia on a RTW award (points from her aunt). She is going with two of her best friends, leaving about mid november next year ('05). She is going to be using the 130,000point/35'000mile RTW award.

The cities they are wanting to hit are Vancouver BC, Portland, NY, Amsterdam, Paris, Johannesburg, then back home to Brisbane (with a possibility of going through bangkok for a few days, but not necessary).

My question is two fold. Firstly is it going to be possible to do all of this on a RTW award? (I'm sure that with connecting cities that this routing would still be under 35000miles, the QF requirement). Secondly what would be the best companion tickets to buy for her two friends (ie mileage based rtw, or a lone4 or something else even? I would give the mileage total for the trip, but i don't know what connecting flights need to be taken to get to these cities).
