I would return if I travelled on business. The Novotel rate was just a few PLN higher than ibis Kraków Stare Miasto. You get plenty of space and much better conditions if you need to work a bit in your room. But you are far from the centre. Not a good location if you want to do a lot of sightseeing.
Totally agree with this review. We stayed at Platinum level and got a bottle of red wine. Uber is cheap, but flaky from here to centre. They did ( do ) a shuttle to the other Novotel. There is nothing within a reasonable walking distance, but view is good from the top floor. Pool was super not heated.
