AmEx has been getting fussier about behavior they don't like, so OP should be cautious about applying for two new cards at once, taking the welcome bonus, and then abandoning or cancelling the cards rather quickly. I'd also be cautious about applying for a business card if there's no genuine/significant business or if OP doesn't plan to segregate charges between personnel and business accounts. YMMV.
