I got "in line" for a callback at 8:30 Saturday morning.
At 3:20 on Sunday morning (so nearly 19 hours later) my phone finally rang. The worst part is that once I got my call, I then waited almost ANOTHER full hour listening to hold music before I finally got someone on the phone to sort out my problem.
My experience was slightly different this past Sunday. I called at 8:00 am CST to discuss a ticket that was in a pending state and was told the queue was 4+ hours. I went ahead and added my name to the list since there wasn't much I could do about it.
While driving down the road an hour later, AA calls.
