So I booked a day stay (6 hours) yesterday. The booking process was easy enough, though the experience after the booking process makes me think this is a poorly run hotel. I booked my day-stay more than 24 hours ago and have not received a confirmation. I have the confirmation number, but there is not a spot on the website to enter the number to obtain, view or modify the reservation. When you call the hotel, they (understandably) push you to use the website to make or modify (but you can't access an existing reservation) your reservation and the message goes on to tell you that e-mail will be faster than calling them. So I sent the email and did in fact get a response back the same day. The response I received say "you should get the confirmation shortly" and went on to say that when the 'confirmation letter(?)' arrives it will likely show the hotel's normal check in and check out times of 4pm and 11am.' That was 20 hours ago. Not a huge deal, but are they manually typing these 'letters' and sending them out?
I guess my advice (which I should have followed) is to print out the confirmation page when you make the reservation if you want a confirmation. I was counting on receiving an e-mail but that may or may not happen.
