I think they make things up as they go along, but at last check they were adding county goverment facillitated totals + federal pharmacy programs + federal agencies.

As of last night, we were at a 62% 1st dose, 57% completely vaccinated numbers, although the number that are getting vaccinated is significantly falling off.

The Governor said today he'd like to announce a date ahead of time like he did for the June 15 / 55% threshold day, but there is such a significant drop off in new vaccinations he's hesitating to pick a date. With that said, he said he couldn't commit to anything for the July 4 holiday for now.
