I was looking at flights LAX-SIN in July and noticed that the nonstop SQ37 is priced around the same as the indirect SQ11/12 via Tokyo.
Multiple sites including Singapore's own are showing this route as having both premium and regular economy (looking at mid-July), and the SQ site shows the standard a350-900 seating as opposed to their a350-900 ULR.
Separately, on google every source seems to claim that this flight is premium economy only, and I can't find any reviews of the ULR standard economy product or any notices that they phased out premium-economy only flights.
Has anyone flown this route (or a similar 16+ hour ULR flight on SQ)? Is there any chance this flight is still premium-economy only and the seat map is incorrect?
It's probably because SQ doesn't know which aircraft they'll assign yet?
