I am globalist but likely won't keep it past Feb 2022 because of a job change. So I want to capitalize on globalist benefits while I can (free breakfast get in my belly!). My wife and I are pretty active and won't want to just sit at the resort the entire time but certainly love a quality beach. We love to scuba, snorkel and hike. Quality food options that aren't crazy expensive are also important to us.

If you had to pick between the 4, where would you go? The number of points doesn't matter in this case. I didn't include hotels in Mexico but if something is worth it, let me know! We did go to Aruba already and absolutely loved the Hyatt there but we are the type of people that rarely go to the same place twice.

1. Park Hyatt St. Kitts
- requires a connection so lower on my list but WOW this hotel looks amazing.

2. Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana
- bonus of all inclusive and direct flight but almost 5 hours

3. Andaz Costa Rica
- direct flight
- stellar reviews

4. Grand Hyatt Baha Mar
- direct and shortest flight option
- very expensive meals
- reviews aren't that great from what I can tell

Thanks so much for your input!
St Kitts is still be extremely careful with Covid. Even with a vaccine, you're required to quarantine at the hotel, which means you can't explore any of the rest of the island :-/

Baha Mar can be expensive, but pre-covid they had an above average lounge such that I didn't pay for breakfast and had enough food for dinner if you wanted it to be. It's got a great pool complex and nice beach. Plus there's so many great beaches in the area. We chartered a speedboat to take two families around for a day and had a fantastic time getting some great coral reef snorkeling basically by ourselves and explored some of the near islands. I think that if you're paying the (pretty high) cash rates you have higher expectations. Particularly on points and with using a TSU you can get very good value. I wouldn't pay $700-$1000/nt, but I really liked the hotel.
