Reporting back on my OGG pick up experience yesterday.

Avis Preferred booking. Names are on board and you take the escalator downstairs to car.

I got there 2 hours early, name not on board. Nice friendly lady at desk dedicated for preferred and budget fast break looked it up and expedited the car. No line either at preferred.

I had a mini van and it took 30mins to get cleaned and they drove it to me.

Other than the wait, which is on me, since I switched flights but didn't update the reservation out of fear of loosing it, things were pretty normal. Though did get impression low on mini vans or specific car type. If I would have taken anything I could have been out of there in 5 to 10 mins.
