Email says:
"we advise you not to travel" is boilerplate or why would they issue a QR code?
This is a US passport, fully vaccinated.
I just finished my form and got the exact email as you did. I wonder if it's because my travel reason is not essential? I'm just transiting through Spain, and there are 6 of us, so I have 5 more forms to fill out.
