Apologies if I missed this upthread [I definitely saw it on here somewhere], but has anyone else had trouble with the JdV logo box checking off after staying at one of their properties? I stayed at the Ambassador Chicago last week, the stay posted and the brand counted, but the little box with the logo in it isn't checked off on the app or website. I tried bringing this up to Hyatt's customer care line, but after being on hold for over twenty minutes each on three different calls, I gave up.
Wonder if anyone else has/had this issue, and how/if it was resolved.

After the JdV logo update, I think it's gotten checked and unchecked for many of us a few times, but the Brand Explorer count has remained the same (i.e., don't worry about the shading, worry about your total)
