I have done TBIT to/from HR several times, but not for 15 months. I used the arrivals level - there was some construction hoardings narrowing the path around T1 and T2 but 20 minutes is easy with carryon.

Moving to/from T4 or higher I cut across using the Eastern sidewalk of "East Way"
