I stayed one and liked the hotel itself, but the room was remarkably tiny even after the upgrade.
Working out whether to pay £100 more to stay here over Indigo in Earls Court. Both locations good for me.
I've been upgraded from deluxe to a junior suite (really beautiful) on the past 3 stays since they've reopened. Social hour is now back on, the mini bar now has water, popcorn and chocolate. Raid the bar cards can be used in Burr & Co (the only restaurant open for lunch/dinner) or in Fitz's. Breakfast from a menu in what used to be called Neptune but is now The Dining Room.
