I lived in Seattle when WN started service there in about 8 years ago. I did not fly on the first day they started service in SEA but later that week. I took a promotional flight with my wife down to OAK for $19 each way. When we checked in, the agent asked if we would like to sign up for Company Club (former name of Rapid Rewards). We said "yes" and she proceeded to rubber stamp our new temporary cards. While she was doing this, I congratulated her on the new SEA service. She smiled and kept on stamping the card! Finally, she said "When you check in for your return flight and get stamped, you'll each have a free flight next time you travel with us" WOW!
