+1. If the premise is COVID concerns, simply provide/sell meals fully boxed and sanitizing wipes, similar to what they do in F, and what most airport restaurants do. Problem solved.

But I doubt it's really COVID, most likely it's cost-cutting disguised as being COVID-conscious.
