Pre-upgraded to a City Suite, which was really big. I liked the room and it was clean, 3 capsules for the Nespresso, two small water bottles. Slippers and robes were in the room already. Minibar empty.
The hotel has NO food service whatsoever except breakfast and no Room Service at any time
Lounge was open, but poor, -beer and wine only, negligible canapés. Coffee machine is from Nespresso
Only the Lobby bar was open, the roofbar opens on weekends
One Front Desk agent on duty
I skipped BK, it looked crap

Location is excellent
