Hi everyone! First, this may have posted twice in which case, I apologize!!

Has award availability for all Air France flights on their website dried up for everyone?? As of yesterday afternoon, there was AMPLE award space for the exact flights I wanted to book to get from NYC to NCE in early August for me and my husband for our anniversary/vaxication. Once I transferred all the points over, however, suddenly, there are literally no award flights available between NYC and NCE in early August...I keep getting this error message: Sorry, there are no flights available for this combination of departure airport, arrival airport and travel dates. Please try again.
My instinct is that this is (yet another) glitch of their website, but I've tried everything on my end: rebooting my computer, clearing cookies, using safari instead of chrome, using my work laptop instead of personal, clearing the cookies on my work laptop, etc. etc. I have a hard time believing Air France pulled ALL award availability in literally the time it took for me to transfer the points, but I guess it's possible?? Am I now just stuck with all these orphan Air France points and will need to find another way to get us to NCE?

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get award availability to show up again??? Would be eternally grateful and will owe you a glass of French rosé I would also appreciate if anyone just wants to commiserate over how terrible the Air France website is LOL
