My experience in PHX this week (pick up on Sat/drop off Wed) was that even though I am just regular Gold my name showed up on the board as PC. Went to PC and there were zero cars. Walked down to the Gold, picked a cheap Versa (booked this class anyway) and drove off. There were several confused people walking around the PC section as there were no cars and there were told to just wait.

What po'd me on the return was they were so busy they did not scan the cars on your way in and I was already cutting it close to going over. Got the final tally with an extra $6 dollar charge because they scanned it in 20 minutes after drop off....Not even worth a phone call.
