Thanks - I guess it will be United Club at T3 - which i believe connects to International without having to clear security again - but it is a long walk - and a downgrade from the International lounge. i hope United will reopen the Polaris Club soon...
I don't want to be pessimistic, however, SFO is United's transpacific hub thus flights to Oceania, Southeast Asia, Japan, China, South Korea, etc... should resume and border restrictions should be removed first. So, it might take a year or two until UA re-opens their SFO Polaris Lounge.
