The F section is mostly used by OW Emerald in normal times. I am glad that they have maintained an excellent level of service/food with truly excellent a la carte dining (I was there a week ago).
And the few business class/OW sapphire pax are happy to enjoy that service temporarily.
Even with J pax, the lounge is far from crowded. And it is used to serve a la carte while buffet is still a nono.
