As a Public Service Announcement, let me thank AA for the return of food service at several Admirals Clubs, including the Charlie Terminal club at DFW. However, a reminder to my fellow passengers -- please be tidy.

Please do not abandon food/ containers/ utensils at the buffet station or elsewhere -- bus your own trash to the trash cans, please. Bring glasses to the bar after use. The scene last night (Friday, 7pm) reminded me of a fraternity house after a kegger. Trash littered everywhere -- mostly on tables, but also abandoned food on ledges, ground into carpets, etc. This particular lounge needs an overhaul, but even a redecorated club would look rough under these conditions. The Denver club I visited earlier in the day was spotless by comparison.

I am wondering if AA is having staffing difficulties also, after observing the one bartender on duty just getting hammered with orders before the 9pm bank of flights started boarding. I am normally a Thursday flyer, not Friday, so maybe this is just a different crowd than I am accustomed to observe.
