I don't quite understand how they're using the logic of being on the contact tracing list. I plan on travelling from a resort (Intercontinental) which is not on the list, to a supposedly more riskier resort (WA Maldives) that is on the contact tracing list. Why is the resort that is on the list being more conservative and not allowing people travel to them from a "safer" resort? If it was the other way around, I could definitely understand their logic.
Anyways....just in case, made a cash stay reservation at the WA Maldives for the days I would be staying at the IC Maldives...hopefully this split-stay ban is revised by then. At least the cash stay reservation I made included transfer and dinner
