While it works that way for UA clubs, it's not true for DL Sky Clubs. Non-DL Skyteam elites (including Elite Plus) and subject to the same rules as DL Medallions and do not get Sky Club access on purely domestic US itins -- https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-sky-club/access
