Greensboro is correct. As mentioned upthread, EA did not have nonstop authority between DTW and their main hub in ATL in 1977; the route was a DL monopoly. EA flew DTW-GSO-ATL-FMY with a 727-200. EA was finally given nonstop ATL-DTW authority in 1978, a few months before deregulation.

SJU is incorrect. EA flew a daily DTW-MIA-SJU L-1011, but did not fly nonstop between the two cities.
