I assume you mean MileagePlan? MileagePlus is UA. As was already mentioned, domestic flights don't qualify and I think it's been like that for awhile....lounge crowding would be an even bigger issue than it already is if they allowed this every time 75K/Executive Platinum took a domestic flight.
