Flying Blue newbie here, hoping somebody can help me in my confusion.
I am considering buying a ticket SCL-AMS-CPH & CPH-CDG-SCL for July. With current covid restrictions there is are a number of things that might affect my plans and result in me and family not being able to travel. Whether a ticket is fully refundable is therefore of maximum importance. As I read this thread and the Air France homepage, all tickets are changeable and refundable (first to voucher, that subsequently can be changed to cash reimbursement). But, before booking I called Air France in Chile, and the agent told me that only the fully flexible tariff was refundable. All others (particularly the standard light tariff) would only be a voucher. I asked whether this voucher was refundable and was told that I would have to wait for 1 full year before being able to redeem the voucher for cash.
I would greatly appreciate if somebody could clarify the situation for me?
