No it is absolutely not the same level .
To give you an idea , 600k status miles , by flying only J or P with LH group , which is not exactly cheap , you will need to fly around 6 times the circumference of earth in 2 years , so just imagine yourself doing 3 RTW trips per year in LH planes
meanwhile you can earn UXP on any AF/KL marketed flight (not sure if it should be only operated by skyteam or not) , regardless of booking class, so you can do a mix of J and Y middle and longhaul trips regularly and easily reach ulti without spending hundred of thousands of dollars/euros

You are correct , and i do admit that HON has a lot of hard benefits , when you compare with FB Ulti and their "soft benefits" which dont cost AFKL much but are not always offered
However if you are able to afford what it takes to get these 600k M&M miles then HON is probably the latest of your concerns in life
