Happy update: Finnair has confirmed to me that Finnair Plus and Oneworld frequent flyer status perks (eg lounge access, checked luggage, seat selection, priority airport services) still apply when travelling on its new unbundled Business Light fares.
"Finnair Plus and Oneworld tier member benefits are available regardless of the ticket type... (example)... if the tier level benefit includes extra baggage, this follows – and allows the extra baggage even if it is not included in the ticket."
