I've seen speculation that they have a 6/24 limit, but that they also count inquiries/hard pulls. I don't think anybody has cracked the exact formula yet. 1/6 on Cap1 cards and 2 total personal are known. I think it's also suspected that they have different rules for customers with other accounts vs. just CCs.
