I had a one night stay here a couple of weeks ago. As others have said it is an older building that has been remodeled and I am happy to say isn't a Hyatt Place. Like others, as a Globalist I was upgraded to a parlor suite that includes a separate bedroom and living/office area and a spacious remodeled bath. The living/office area had a refrigerator and a nice desk area for working. Shortly after checking in the manager knocked on my door to welcome to the property with a bottle of wine and grab and go bag (with yoghurt, several clementines, juice, granola bars, etc) that was intended to make up for the lack of breakfast in the morning. Considering the upgrade, the wine, and the grab bag I was happy and impressed with the effort provided by the property to make up for the lack of breakfast and no bar/restaurant available during my stay. The effort provided exceeds that provided by many other properties (Hyatt and Hilton) I have stayed at in the last month. I would choose this property again. The destination fee was removed at checkout without issue.
