The interesting thing about the WN sale is that the 50% applies not just to their lowest fares but to all fares; I've booked most of my WN trips in Business Select so I have complete flexibility as my plans change this fall. The tiny bit of matching that Alaska has done is only on Main fares and.. forget that.
Although I booked WN every weekend thru Nov 3, I didn't go "ALL-IN"on Southwest's Fares, booking up to Refundable "ANYTIME" fares, just hoping AS comes up with something comparable closer to the date. I still have some love for Alaska.
