This is not currently possible, even over the phone.
One reservation, regardless of number of passengers can only be charged to one credit card.
If you are flying roundtrip, you could book the two directions separately, and charge each to a different credit card.
Or, if you are booking for more than one person, you could book them separately and charge each to a different credit card.
